Tubing in Miami

  • Do I need a Florida boating license for the Jet Ski?
    The Florida boating safety requirement applies to drivers only. Passengers who do not drive the Jet Ski at any time do not need to complete a Boater's Safety Course. Drivers must meet the applicable Florida boating safety requirements before operating a Jet Ski. Instructions are provided after booking when applicable.
  • How early should I arrive?
    Please arrive at the designated marina meeting point 45 minutes before departure for check-in.

        • This is a strictly non-smoking activity. Smoking is not permitted at any time during the experience.
        • Alcohol may only be consumed by guests 21 years old or older, in accordance with U.S. regulations.
        • Jet Ski participation is subject to age, valid photo ID, parental waiver, and Florida boating safety requirements as detailed below.

        Important: Boating License Requirements

        • The Florida boating safety requirement applies to Jet Ski drivers only.
        • Passengers who will remain passengers and will not drive a Jet Ski at any time during the activity do NOT need to complete a Boater's Safety Course.
        • A passenger must meet the applicable passenger age and identification requirements listed below.
        • If a guest plans to drive a Jet Ski at any point during the activity, they must meet all applicable driver requirements.

        Jet Ski Age & Driver Requirements

        • Ages 0–3: Cannot participate on a Jet Ski as a driver or passenger.
        • Ages 4–13: May participate as a passenger only. They must ride with a driver aged 18+ who meets all applicable driver and Florida boating safety requirements. A parent must present a valid photo ID and sign the waiver at check-in. The child does not need a boating license or Boater's Safety Course because they cannot drive the Jet Ski.
        • Ages 14–15: May drive a Jet Ski only when accompanied on the same Jet Ski by someone aged 18+ who meets all applicable driver and Florida boating safety requirements. A parent must present a valid photo ID and sign the waiver at check-in.
          Guests aged 14–15 who participate only as passengers and do not drive at any time do not need to complete a Boater's Safety Course.
        • Ages 16–17: May drive their own Jet Ski if they provide a valid photo ID and complete a Boater's Safety Course. A parent must present a valid photo ID and sign the waiver at check-in. If two guests aged 16–17 intend to share the driving of one Jet Ski, both must meet the driver requirements.
          Guests aged 16–17 may also ride with someone aged 18+ who meets all applicable driver requirements. If the guest aged 16–17 remains a passenger for the entire Jet Ski activity and does not drive at any time, they do not need to complete a Boater's Safety Course. A parent must still present a valid photo ID and sign the waiver at check-in.
        • Ages 18+: To drive a Jet Ski, guests must provide a valid photo ID and either be born before 1988 or complete the required Boater's Safety Course.
          Adults participating only as passengers and not driving at any time do not need to complete a Boater's Safety Course, but must provide a valid photo ID.
          If two adults share one Jet Ski and only one person drives for the entire activity, only the designated driver must meet the applicable Florida boating safety requirement. Both guests must provide valid photo ID.
